Hi @katbel78 , can you try turning it off and fully uninstalling the app, reinstall it, and make sure to say 'no' to the SSO prompt when launching the app again?
Could you also share the full version and edition of your app? 9.0.1 (###) (need the 3 digit after 9.0.1) Thanks!

I called Telus and they are are of the problem and are trying to fix it.

No, it didn’t. Still dealing with the same issue.
