Returning equipment with Purolator: I need a waybill that Telus is not sending me
I need a waybill that a Telus agent promised to send by email but it never arrived. It took me almost one hour on the phone before I talked to someone in the Philippines, explained the whole story and gave all my details. Two days waiting. To bring the equipment to a Purolator shipping facility is too far. Others Purolator receivers need the waybill printed and don’t accept my package for Telus. it’s very frustrating! Since yesterday I get the same error 500. Already complained via Telus Chat-after a long wait- and the problem has been reported The day before I was able to log in with no issues. Tried several browsers, No go It must be on Telus side Hopefully they will fix it3KViews0likes0Comments
