Set top box and Samsung TV
I am having a heck of a time trying to keep the TV settings. TV tends to turn off by itself at inconsisten intervals; closed caption comes on and goes off frequently. This morning I tried to turn the TV on but when i powered up the set top box the TV would turn off, visa versa. I have reset all TV settings through device management but yet they just come back screwed up as they were before after time. I'm in the position of getting a new TV today. Has anyone else have these same issues?

That's definitely odd. Are you on the new Optik platform?
- Yes I am. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I can’t even watch TV or anything. Sometimes the Samsung apps and movies pop up.
