Yes I am. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I can’t even watch TV or anything. Sometimes the Samsung apps and movies pop up.

Hi TJP_04 have you tried pairing the TELUS remote to control the TV so that both devices are in sync when they power on/off? Here is a link for the instructions: https://www.telus.com/en/support/article/telus-tv-digital-box-remote
I also have a Samsung TV, I find that when I do turn on the TV, sometimes I have to press the "home" button on the TELUS remote (the house icon) after turning on the TV to bring up the Set Top Box home screen.
