Wifi password
We had to have a service repair tech to the house. When he asked for our WIFI password, I gave him the one that was given to us almost a decade ago when we first got Telus Internet. He said that was not it and downloaded on his cell what he said was the password. The problem is that our original password had 10 characters and the one he downloaded appears to have 5 times that many. All our devices remained connected. We want to buy a new IPAD Can we just sign into the WIFI with old password? Did the service tech reset our password? If he did, how do we sign in new devices? How do we get that password?
Hi Sara53 - The technicial may have needed the login password to get into the modem's software. This password is different from the network password. If all your devices are still connecting to your network without issues, the password that you have had all this time is still accurate and you can continue using it
