When you get asked/told to send us a private message. @TELUS_Support
At the top right hand of the page is an envelope. Click on that and you should be able to send us a private message. NOT easy
Just click on the user name TELUS_Support and you will see send a message button
I have a thread open that the envelope route can work if you know how, it does not display properly etc. Of course they cannot fix that either.

Here is the method that we refer to when we ask people to message us on the @TELUS_Support account:
Click the envelope at the top:
Then fill in our name, write the message you want and click send!

I wish clicking on the envelope at top right would get me what you have shown, but I only get that screen doing it as I described.
BUT Click on the user name and then click the send a message button works great

Perfect explanation. Now if every time someone says send me a PM that link is added then all will be well with the world. It seems the reason for this threasd is lost. Telling people that have not done it once to click on the envelope with no clear display LIKE found when you click on the user name of the person you want to PM remains a wait and see. Carry on.
