We have a RCA Roku TV and have connected the Telus digital box to it (HDMI) with no problems but we cannot get the volume to increase beyond a bare minimum. The volume on all the streaming apps is full on so we know it is a connection or compatibility issue. Any suggestions? Thanks!
I wasn't able to follow your suggestion but as a result, I did go into the TV audio output settings and changed it from stereo to digital audio output and YAY - we now have lots of volume on our TV!! Thanks for sending me in that direction!
Possibly the volume for the Optik TV box is not set to the recommended 25. Make sure the digital box volume is set to 25 by using the remote volume button while in OPTIK mode.
