Optik works great on Chrome only. Spent a lot of time trying to get Edge to work but so far it hasn't. CORS policy error, tried Extensions to eliminate that, disabled Virus and Firewall and VPN all to no avail. Removed and reinstalled Edge but still nothing. Reason I want to use Edge is resources. Edge seems to use less resources than Chrome and my laptop heats up using Chrome. Not to damaging levels but still hot. High 80's Celsius. I'm using a direct HDMI through Display Port.
Any help is appreciated.

Works on Edge for me. Version 101.0.1210.53 (Official build) (64-bit)

I regularly use Edge with the Optik website and haven't had any issues viewing content. Does it work on the laptop but not on the HDMI connected device? I'm using the default firewall and antivirus that comes with Windows 10. Possibly and issue with a browser extension? Any additional information would be helpful.

I've just tried again with everything off. No HDMI connected. Avast and Comodo disabled and VPN disconnected . As before I can logon, view the guide, PVR but when selecting something view all I get is the spinning wheel. Again Chrome works fine. And Edge is built on the Chromium platform. Edge just updated to 1245.30.

So if anyone is technical and computer savy here is the errors for the page as reported using developer tools.

Have you tried a reset of your Edge settings?
Settings>Reset settings (lower left).

Just tried. Same result. I've also uninstalled Edge using Revo Uninstaller with advanced settings on files and registry. Same result. Just the spinning wheel.

I just updated to Version 102.0.1245.30 (Official build) (64-bit) and it still works for me.
My guess would be that Avast is causing the issue:

When I uninstall Edge it also deleted any extensions. In reading the Avast topic, I checked Avast the extension is available but not loaded into Edge. So same thing going on.

What URL are you using to access Optik TV. It should be https://watchoptik.telus.com/
Not sure what else to suggest. I also just updated to the latest version of Edge and not having any issues here.
What operating system are you using?

Same URL as you. Windows 11. Didn't work in Windows 10 either. I'm going to run SFC. Maybe there's a file in Win thats missing or corrupt.
