Is there an email address that customer services might address my concerns? Because being on hold and then talking to someone for hours is getting me nowhere. The last lady had a rooster in her home. Not even kidding. An hour of rooster “**bleep**-a-doodle-do”. Absolute nightmare and I haven’t been a customer for even a month. Still no tv box…but the bill came within 4 days!

Answer with the word AGENT
Ai will say no one available, would you like a call back, say yes and give your number. So far I have had two call backs within 15 minutes to take down my problem with a promise someone else will call back to discuss within 72 hours. When they do not, do it again. My 2nd time succeeded in a call back with support that wa able to fix a problem. But be aware they will put you on hold a lot and eventually get er done.
My experiences tell me Telus cannot have enough people that can actually fix a problem. I like others have spent hours on the phone. Fortunately for me, I am at work or watching TV so it is not an inconvenience at all.

Hi @trevmass to top up what Rocky3 is saying, you can always talk to the rep you have on the phone and ask for a higher-up if you feel that the situation deems it necessary
