Missing cable box
Is there an email address that customer services might address my concerns? Because being on hold and then talking to someone for hours is getting me nowhere. The last lady had a rooster in her home. Not even kidding. An hour of rooster “**bleep**-a-doodle-do”. Absolute nightmare and I haven’t been a customer for even a month. Still no tv box…but the bill came within 4 days! Like figure it out.
