Hi Team/Forum,
A customer Rep named Davita contacted me. She was selling me Online security and TV plan. Now I said I do not use any, so I am not interested. Having said that, She still went ahead and activated the plan.
Now My bill came for 200+ dollars. I ended up calling and calling and calling, ofcourse, Davita was unreachable.
What do i do.

I was scammed by the same person. First some guy named Saad contacts me then Davita calls, talks so sweetly & now I have a bill of 700$. My internet I was told will be 50$/m, it is 80$/m, & not sure what 700$ is for, biggest scammers. Stay alert.

I have been scammed by the same lady, you are lucky you are out by 200$, I have pending bill for 700$. And she is still not reachable. I was told internet will be 55$/m, but it’s 80$/m, & 700$ I have no idea what that is for. First someone named Saad calls then he forwarded my # to her & here I am, 700$ out & Davita unreachable. For God sake pick up calls, Telus needs to be more careful recruiting people,
