I was scammed by Telus Customer Rep

Hi Team/Forum,

 

A customer Rep named Davita contacted me. She was selling me Online security and TV plan. Now I said I do not use any, so I am not interested. Having said that, She still went ahead and activated the plan. 

 

Now My bill came for 200+ dollars. I ended up calling and calling and calling, ofcourse, Davita was unreachable. 

 

What do i do.

I was scammed by the same person. First some guy named Saad contacts me then Davita calls, talks so sweetly & now I have a bill of 700$. My internet I was told will be 50$/m, it is 80$/m, & not sure what 700$ is for, biggest scammers. Stay alert.

I have been scammed by the same lady, you are lucky you are out by 200$, I have pending bill for 700$. And she is still not reachable. I was told internet will be 55$/m, but it’s 80$/m, & 700$ I have no idea what that is for. First someone named Saad calls then he forwarded my # to her & here I am, 700$ out & Davita unreachable. For God sake pick up calls, Telus needs to be more careful recruiting people,

I was scammed by the same lady. She promised me that my internet bill would be $50 per month and that I would receive credits totalling around $500. However, I'm now receiving a bill of $68 per month and only a small amount in credits. Can you help me with this issue?

What exactly would you do? Got a call from Telus twice & same thing, we can’t do anything, well why hiring ppl who aren’t gonna deliver, rather they lie. If there are repeated complains about the same person maybe first of all you need to look at why that person is doing what they are doing. Perhaps cancel their licence. 
your CSR offered me something like very minimal discount on it. Just bad honestly.
