In hooking up my brand new telus optik box, I get nothing but errors. It constantly kicks off with error 212 and 213. What causes this ? It runs sometime an hour, sometimes 5 minutes. Constantly rebooting the box to watch anything is problematic. Suggestions?

Those are both errors that should generally be resolved via normal troubleshooting, such as rebooting. It is of course however something that you shouldn't need to be doing constantly. If that hasn't resolved the issue, feel free to send us a private message and we can discuss next steps.
