Changing Theme Packs

Just Moved In
Everytime I attempt to update and change my theme packs the app tells me there's a problem on there end and to try again at a later date. The web site just sits in limbo forever when I try. This has been happening since I got optik tv. I don't want to have to wait forever on the phone with their sad excuses for customer service agents just to update my theme packs. Anyone else having this issue?

I had issues updating my Optik package online with similar results as you. I eventually called Telus and they informed me that my package info needed to be updated on their end as it was an old configuration. Once they made changes on their end I was able to make updates myself online.
