Can’t see new recordings

I have two boxes. My main box won’t let me see any new recordings unless it’s a scheduled series. My second box won’t let me record at all or even access my recordings and the rewind feature doesn’t work. I’ve rebooted both boxes numerous times.

Are you on our latest platform, or have you been an Optik subscriber for some time now?

Been a customer since 2019 my boxes say 4K one is UIW8001 the other says UIW4001e

Gotcha. As the first level troubleshooting you've already done isn't resolving the issue, your best bet would be to reach out directly to our Tech Support team at 310-8324 (TECH) so they can investigate and/or look into dispatching you new equipment!

Problem seems to have solved itself after a brief power outage at my building today. I’m blaming gremlins!!
