Hello, I've been having some unwanted on-demand charges on my last two bills that I definitely have not ordered/watched. It has occurred twice already in back to back bills. I am wondering if someone outside of home somehow would have access to my account? I have reset my passwords and reset my pins so I hope this won't be happening ever again, but I am curious whether there is a way to see IPs or devices logged into my account using Telus TV+ app or browser??

I had one such billing and I recalled that I looked at the trailer but decided not to watch. Have not done that since, no surprise bills.
