App on Telus Android TV box keeps crashing

I downloaded the CBS News app on one of my Telus Android boxes, and the app keeps crashing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and have done a factory reset on the Android box itself, but the app keeps crashing. The app doesn't crash on the other Telus Android boxes that I have, it's just on this specific one.

Any suggestions/assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

That's definitely odd. As it seems you've already done the first level troubleshooting such as reinstalling the app to no avail, your best bet may be to reach out to our Tech Support team at 1-888-811-2323 so they can investigate further!
