Anyone else having problems accessing Prime on channel 424?
Mine just locks up at the loading screen.
Luckily our TV has it on the remote.

There may be an issue in the backend with your Optik profile (same thing happened to me, with Netflix). Reach out to our Home Services team at 1-888-811-2323 and they can investigate!
