Telus reporting missed 0$ payments
Hi
I had an account a few years ago when I was going through a ruff time and the account ended up getting closed and going to collections. I recently paid it all off but the telus account remains open and is reporting missed payments of 0$. What can I do? I was sitting on hold for an hour at work trying to talk to someone bit had to hang out because I was at work. It aparently is dri ving my credit score down says credit karma app and their report. I also check transunion and it also says the telus account is open...why? I paid it off a few months ago.
