Paying account from offshore

Dense2
Neighbour
I’m trying to pay my overdue phone bill from Australia but TELUS won’t let me use my card.

I tried to find an email address I could contact but had no luck. Seems they want everybody to call them and I’m not going to paying for overseas calls

Can anybody send me a valid email address that they will read?

Telus will accept an offshore card, but it must be registered by contacting them directly. You could try connecting with them by chat, or through Twitter at TELUSSupport. You can also call using Skype to their toll-free number, which are free on Skype.
