@TrangVu88 WE are customers only here. You will have to call in and get to billing they should be able to get you to the right department. We can't supply info on changes of phones and contracts. Polecat

Telus has a plan where you can upgrade your phone every year, but you would have needed to subscribe at the time of purchase. Your best option is to sell the older phone yourself, and replace it with the new.
