Hi. I urgently need help. I cant complete the registration for my My TELUS account. He writes that "These services are just waiting for the manager's approval - then they will connect", although I have no idea who the manager is, if not me, and I didn’t receive an email either. please help me, I have not solved this problem for a month. thanks in advance.

Is this a personal account or a work account?

Have you tried contacting customer support via Chat? Link to Chat usually appears at the bottom right corner of the window on the My Telus logon page. When you connect to Chat just keep answering with "speak to a person" to all the bot questions.
