I am having an issue (along with other users who have reported in this forum) of not able to reset my password for my Telus account. I can get an email from Telus to login with a link with the same email address thats assigned to my account, but if I want to reset my password, no email will arrive with a link to a page to reset my email.
I just talked to a Telus representative, and apparently there are issues with the resetting of the password on the Telus side. This problem has been going on for about a month, and I do need to get the password reset, so any assistance would be helpful please.
