Not sure if anyone noticed this. If you check the expiry date for your balance on the My Telus app you would see that it is one day sooner than the actual expiry date. If you check further details you will see two days sooner. For correct dates you must log on to telus.com.
I have informed this discrepancy twice to the customer care. But no one seems to care.
All Customer Care can do is log it, and push it up the line. It may take an update to the App itself to correct the reporting of the dates.
