Telus PureFibre coming to your home: When?
I received two letters from Telus Vice President in March 2021 informing that Telus would contact us for connecting to PureFibre. I haven't been contacted yet. I am in Lake Chaparral Community. Not sure if anyone noticed this. If you check the expiry date for your balance on the My Telus app you would see that it is one day sooner than the actual expiry date. If you check further details you will see two days sooner. For correct dates you must log on to telus.com. I have informed this discrepancy twice to the customer care. I have Internet 50 with double-bonded connection. My internet disconnects several times everyday. Telus Technicians have visited me a number of times and now they have given up. Apparently, my service cannot get any better, that is what I have been told. I have noticed that the upload speed is close to 2 Mbps, although it is supposed to be 10 Mbps. Download speed gets close to 50 Mbps, when internet is available. Telus has not been able to provide fiber optic in nearly 10 years.2.3KViews0likes1Comment
