Think of them as resellers. The sell you a legit product Telus offers, add perks to induce you to buy. You give them that cash, all your info to setup the legit product. Then you start to complain you were promised stuff not included in the legit product. Since your personal info was used to add this to your account, how can you win when told we did not offer you that. It will look like you personally subscribed.

The first phone number you posted is associated with Iristel. Iristel numbers have popped up many times on the forums in the past. They appear to sell VoIP access to scammers overseas.
