I have a pre-payed account with Telus. My iPhone blats for mayby 10 times then shuts off.
I phoned 611 and the guy there said he could not change it because it was pre-payed and pre-payed account doesnt allow that.
I'm deaf so I need all the time I can get.
any way around that?

Hi there, unfortunately, with our prepaid service this is not possible.
