Telus insists they sent me a set of texts, notifying me that I needed to update some payment information. Those texts never arrived on my phone, so even if Telus sent them their network failed to deliver them. This has degenerated into a credit reporting issue. How do I request proof from Telus that they not only sent the texts, but that the texts were delivered to my device as they need to claim?
