Hi There,
I have 55 lines on my bill, and they have names set up to each Phone number.
Employees have left, or Trackers have changed units, and I no longer can find the option to "rename" the phone number so I can tell on my bill that say Joe went over Data this month instead of seeing Matthew went over data and try to figure out who Matthew is now.
There used to be a way a few years ago but since the website update I have not been able to find out how to change these names so my bills make sense to me and my accountant.

Hi there! Have you tried doing the following?
- Log in to My Telus at telus.com/myaccount
- Click on the My Profile tab from the top banner
- Click on Update subscriber details in the header
- Select the User you wish to update (name change)
- Enter the new name for the user.
- You will need to verify the change with a security code
Select a phone number or email to receive the 6 digit security code - Enter the verification code
- You will be presented with a success screen if everything went right
