Hi,
Days ago, I set my pre-authorized payment and wanted to pay my April 7th bill. I saw the pre-authorized option has showed "debit", so I think my setting is successful. However, today I checked my online acount, it shows "Remaining balance due Apr. 29 (overdue) $36.75", which means my bill didn't be paid by pre-authorzed payment?! Or pre-authorized payment will work until my next bill(May 7th)?? and also my April bill? I really need the answer as soon as possible. Thank you
