Hi,
I just got my ZTE device for my wireless home phone.
I am not able to transfer my existing home phone (another provider), when I click on the link transfer phone it says this website is not accessible.
I was told that a provisional number is allocated and that in 2.5 hours the changes should be done.

Once you have your account set up in My Telus, you should be able to port your number to your new device. What carrier are you porting from? Some IP phone carriers are more difficult to port from, and landlines take longer than cell phone accounts.
