Hello, has anyone had issues with getting a Home Security system and returning it; only to have a collections agency contact you. This has been going on for 2 years. I am getting NO HELP from Telus. I have been a client for 30 years with mobility plans. I was told tonight my account is cleared and the fact it is showing on my credit report that it is in default is my issue!!!! In May I was told how sorry they are and my credit rating would be restored.
How the heck does not resolve this. How can they treat customers that way!!!
Any feedback would be appreciated.

I received the private message, only to try and sign in to authenticate myself and it will not allow me to. So here I am again, being passed to agent to agent and have been on hold for 1 hour. My phone plan is due next week and I currently pay $300.00 per month. I will be cancelling my contract after 30 years. I have gone on line and try to reach management, they call leave a message and have you call back the number where you wait in que. Not sure why they wouldn't give a direct line when you have been given the run around for months & months. Customer Service is something that is non existent. How am I suppose to resolve this Telus issue when no one will help!
