So, I had an install done in Nov 2022. There was damage done to the interior wall during install. I reported this in Dec 2022. I followed the process. Nothing came of it. I reported it 2 more times. Still no resolution. I reported it again and was told sorry it's been too long, this department doesn't handle anything over 1 year. So then I talked to a manager. Got nowhere with that. Then I emailed customer relations, response was, your complaint has been assigned to someone and you will receive a call in the next 24 to 48 hours. That time has now past, still no call, no resolution. How is someone supposed to get any results when Telus just doesn't follow their own procedures and just leaves customers hanging?
