I have emailed [email protected] multiple times, called, chatted, repeat, repeat but no action or even reply from the department “responsible”.
Telus broke my gate during the installation process and didn’t do anything about it. What am I supposed to do? This happened on Nov 15 and I started reaching out on Nov 16.
Unfortunately that's just how they work. They destroyed a section of my fencing last summer, but aside from sending a goon to my home to try to force me into signing an easement, they refuse to actually fix it. They just ignore me now.
