Pathetic service support from Home security customer support team

We recently get installed Home security system and Unfortunately, instead of enhancing our home's security, the current installation seems to have compromised it. No support from teh sales and after saes support team even after hanging up for calls for more than 2 Hours, i littrelly saved the screenshots to sue Telus for such a waiting times over calls and not responding. These are the issues with in a day of installation

1. Garage Door Sensor: The garage door opener sensor is malfunctioning. Although our door is closed, the system incorrectly indicates that the garage door is open. This suggests that the garage sensors are not functioning properly.

2. Main Door Lock: The main door lock is inadequate. It lacks essential features such as the ability to lock the door from the outside, a physical button, or an auto-lock feature after a set time (a standard feature in most systems today). As a result, our home is vulnerable, especially when our kids leave the house, since the door remains unlocked. The only way to lock it is by using a physical key or the phone, which our children typically don't carry with them.

3. Smartphone Tablet: The provided tablet is not useful. It doesn't allow us to check camera recordings, fails to notify us when someone rings the doorbell, and we cannot see who is at the door. If our kids have to physically go to the door to check who is there, it defeats the purpose of having a security system in place.

PM sent, please check and resolve teh issue at earliest, if you are not able to send teh technician by tommorow, please arrange to get all the devices removed from our property, we dont need these at all.
