Telus Enhanced Security

Good afternoon everyone,

 

I have been trying to reach out to Telus to try to enhance the security of my account.

 

However, whenever I reach out to them I am given automated menus that all lead to speaking to a robot, and then eventually requesting a callback.

 

I prefer to initiate a call.

    Is there any way to contact Telus Support directly?

     

    Is anybody here able to help me enhance my security?
