How do I check whether I have a month-to-month plan or a fixed xx years plan?
My internet account webpage only says "TELUS Internet 25", "Up to 25 mbps download" "300 GB monthly data".
All plans are effectively month to month. If you received a consideration (price reduction, gift, etc.) you would have agreed to a term. If a reduction in price, this will be on your bill. If a device or gift, you may have to depend on your memory.
