hello all.....anyone have success in actually returning equipment once you terminate their ridiculous contract? I was on hold for 2 hours, and requested to speak to a manager. From there I spent another 20 mins on hold before the call was dropped. No call back. Nothing. The on-line account shows active and no ability to change anything. Telus wonders why people are running for the hills.
