Can't set up mytelus for my internet service?

Just Moved In

So I just got the first bill for my internet service, and I'm trying to set it up online with my telus. I'm a previous telus customer who previously had internet with telus, with zero problems (had to stop because I moved). I have my account number, but whenever I try to link it to mytelus account, I can't get the whole number to fit? My account number is 10 digits long, but the system only allows for 9. I've tried dropping the first and last number, nothing's worked. Any ideas?


Leave out the last digit. If you look at your statement the last number is spaced a bit out from the other numbers. I'm not sure why it's there in the first place.
