using Easy Roam in Spain

I have signed up for Easy Roam. Last May I tried to use it in California and I found it wouldn't work. Now I am going to Spain. What am I missing?

What further info do you recall from your California trip? Once you have subscribed to Easy Roam it should work as soon as you connect to a partner network. Sometimes you need to restart your phone on arrival.

Make sure you have international data and international voice included in your plan. You can check this in My TELUS.

Make sure your phone has roaming turned on.  It roaming is not turned on, then it will only work with Telus.    Text ROAM to 7626 to ensure you are enrolled.  If you have further questions, you should state which type of phone you have.

That was my mistake when travelling last weekend.
