can't activate disney plus subscription

I've been having this issue for several weeks, when I try to go to the subscription page to manage my subscription I get the error 'Sorry, your subscriptions list is not available at this time. Please try again or check back later' but I have been receiving emails to activate the subscription and I see it on my overview page. I've tried with multiple devices and on both wifi and data and get the same error. I've called into customer service but they were not able to resolve the issue and recommended I fill out the support form (which I have done multiple times and have never gotten a response to...). Very frustrated with this

I’m able to activate all of the Stream services except Disney Plus. I would love some assistance with this.

@Alberto1 What happens (what are you seeing) when you try to activate Disney+?

I hit the “Activate” button on the Telus website, which then redirects me to the Disney login page. It prompts me to login, it refreshes, prompts another login, but then requests that I pick a streaming plan (still the Disney site) As I already have a plan with Disney, it just redirects me to my account page. I can’t find any way to activate a Telus promotion once I’m there. 

I am not able to activate my disney + on stream + as well as not able to open my subscriptions now

I'm having the same issue. I have Strem+ Basic and could activate all accouns except Disney+. The modal shows that I have already linked my Disney+ account to Telus, but when I login on Disney+ I am prompted to select a plan and enter my payment details. Please help me resolve this

When I went to Disney Plus via TELUS I cancelled my Disney Plus account first, then I went to TELUS and opened a new account for Disney plus and it worked perfect, yes I got a refund from Disney plus for the amount left owing on my account.
