Chat with Disney Plus on their web site they can be very helpful. They should be able to resolve the issue with the Telus activation.

There are deals for Stream+ so maybe it will filter to the other streaming services as well

When I went to Disney Plus via TELUS I cancelled my Disney Plus account first, then I went to TELUS and opened a new account for Disney plus and it worked perfect, yes I got a refund from Disney plus for the amount left owing on my account.
