We have had a telus account for many years...We were told that our home out of town had coverage and based on that we updated our phones...surprise...complete dead zone....we now pay over 150 a month for two phones we cannot use at our primary residence.....if I have to pay out the phones and drop telus I will.....MTS works fine and I would never had agreed to this had I known we would have phones that were of no use....when i called in she asked me if I thought they intentionally lied to us and the answer is YES.....I will never deal with telus again and I will make sure my voice is heard throughtout my circle of friends....absolute LIES

There is a no penalty return period. Did you attempt to make use of that?

Telus coverage areas, as are all radio coverage areas, are based on models, not actual tests in an area.

What do you seee in the coverage maps for your location?

What happens if you take the phone's outside? Do they get a signal?

Based on what you said I assume you had TELUS phones prior to updating your phones. Did you not test the coverage with your old phones?
