Possible Scam
I foolishly called the number (1-844-368-7379 ) left in a voicemail from "Telus" regarding my recent internet order offering a discount on my phone line. I now realize it was probably a scam as I can't find this number anywhere on the Telus website. Can someone from Telus confirm that this is NOT (or is???) a Telus number?

Hey reinibou - what we can do is go into your account and see if any notes were left. We do typically use 1-844 numbers but some departments have their own phone numbers that they use to call out.
If they're legitimate you should receive an order confirmation email from us and their notes should be able to be viewed by any Team Member.
