Waiting on refund
I had a bring it back cell phone plan for my family that expired in September 2025. I returned all 4 iPhones Sept 1,2025 as requested and as per standard process according to Telus. However I was charged $1568.79 for all four iPhones on Oct 7. I had contacted Telus customer service several times to find out what’s going on. They were able to locate all 4 phones but they were not properly recorded as returned on my account. They have told me that they will eventually apply the returns to my account and refund my money. It is Jan 5, 2026 and still no word about my refund. Basically Telus has taken an interest free loan by deducting my money from my account and now they are dragging their feet to return my cash. Not too mention this mistake was a result of their own doing. I am quite frustrated and annoyed to keep contacting Telus to find out when I’m gonna see my money. Quite frankly it should be returned with interest owing.
