All the possible-Answers it's been provided. But letMe ad this. Listen "wrag" The TELUS Network weak signal is common in most Cellphones. It change status when moving, from an Apt. or house to the street or vice versa. But in general it doesn't affect make + receive calls. In fact the Network bar indicator it display all the bars, when receive-send calls.

1) The Weak Network Signal and..2) Impairment to make-receive calls from Under-ground. Are two wireless problems that neither the Phone manufacturers Nor the Telecoms--Have been able to fix yet..Hope the iPhone 7 - Works 50 meters Under-ground,.He-hee!

To finish. Here're some TELUS Network Apps to be installed. The first-2 are the more important. The app (Telus Network Experience) Allow Users to report technical issues. Let's try how effective they're and rating it. So TELUS can improve them.

You're better off calling in as they'll know there. Plus "finch and weston" doesn't narrow down which City or Province you are in. As well there are differences for 2G, 3G and LTE for signals.

@Nighthawk

Finch & Weston is likely in Toronto, the 'ub of the universe.

Yup, Google maps confirms only one such intersection.

If that's the case then that specific intersection is in the middle between two towers. Could be a few possible things that could cause weak signal.

Greetings, which mobile device are you using? Do you know if you're the only TELUS user having issues in this specific area?
