Unexpected mobility bill for service never activated

Hi, wondering if there is anyone from telus management to resolve this reoccurring bill sent to me. Never activated the account but they need money for not using the service.

5 times called waste of time only.

The step by step guide to send private message instructions are not clear. I don't see any icon on top right to send private message
