Telus susspended my account

My account got suspended as my plan was late being paid because I was over seas traveling. I have paid my bill and my account is still suspended. Please help me unsuspend my account so I can use it. I am traveling and can not get access to any of my banking accounts due to my service being shut off. This is urgent!

There's a few things to consider:

Payment method

Credit card: This is the quickest way to pay your balance. Once the payment is received, service should be reactivated fairly quickly (within 15 minutes)

 

Online banking: Payment through this method can take anywhere from 2-5 business days for it to post to your account.

 

Payment has posted

Once payment has posted, it can take up to 15 minutes for the account to resume. If you're well past this point, it's possible you'll need to manually connect to the roaming network. Depending on your device, you'll need to find the Network Carrier setting and manually pick one of the roaming partners to find one that works for you.
