Telus adding stream+ To my bills without permission- they are scammers

Has anyone else noticed they just tried to sneak stream+ charges onto their bills without permission or approval? I noticed, called to have the service removed. Took 3 hours to do this and then got a txt at midnight that night saying it was added to my account again, what a scam and a waste of time.

It's tough to say what happened since it requires a bit of a dive into your account which we can't do on community. I still want to get to the bottom of this so I've sent a private message your way to find out a bit more info. Please keep an eye out for it 🙂

Similar thing happened to me; 4 themed packs + 1 premium was randomly added for me when I used to have just the +1 premium and basic channels. Noticed my bill being +$50, lots of wasted hours on calls just to be told that the switch was done trough the box I am certain it wasn't done by me and wouldn't be done by any member in my family as honestly we rarely watch cable TV. 
But how to prove them wrong? It feels like $50 have been stolen from my wallet and I can't do anything about it. Well back to the phone to at least got to make sure to stop this from becoming a $50 recurring robbery.

Glad to say they helped me sort this out, but we sure have to keep paying attention to our monthly bills.
