Similar thing happened to me; 4 themed packs + 1 premium was randomly added for me when I used to have just the +1 premium and basic channels. Noticed my bill being +$50, lots of wasted hours on calls just to be told that the switch was done trough the box I am certain it wasn't done by me and wouldn't be done by any member in my family as honestly we rarely watch cable TV. But how to prove them wrong? It feels like $50 have been stolen from my wallet and I can't do anything about it. Well back to the phone to at least got to make sure to stop this from becoming a $50 recurring robbery.1.2KViews0likes0Comments
